12 months from delivery

Ferro Golf Clubs warrants a new Ferro iron set to the original purchaser against defects in materials and Ferro assembly or workmanship for 12 months from the documented delivery date.

For an approved claim, Ferro will decide whether to repair, rebuild or replace the affected component or club. Ferro will provide or reimburse reasonable standard shipping for an approved warranty claim within the United States or Canada.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic marks or gradual wear to the black finish.
• Grip wear, bag chatter, scratches, dents or corrosion caused by use, storage or neglect.
• Abuse, misuse, abnormal impact, accident, loss or theft.
• Damage or performance changes caused by unauthorized repair, reshafting, bending, refinishing or other modification after delivery.
• Preference-based concerns involving feel, appearance, trajectory or component choice when the set matches the approved specifications.

Third-party shaft and grip manufacturer warranties may also apply. Ferro will reasonably assist the original purchaser with an eligible manufacturer claim. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable state, provincial or federal law.

Test 7-iron program

Start with one club

The $99 test-iron offer includes one custom-built right-handed Ferro MC or CB 7-iron with the stock KBS Tour shaft, Golf Pride Tour Velvet Black grip and free shipping. Optional shaft and grip upgrades and applicable tax are additional.

• The custom test 7-iron is yours to keep and is final sale after Ferro confirms the specifications and begins assembly.
• When the original purchaser orders the matching remaining six irons within 30 days of documented delivery, the $99 purchase price is applied toward that same-model set—MC toward MC or CB toward CB.
• Component upgrades and tax paid on the test iron are not credited toward the completed set.
• One test-iron credit may be applied to one complete set. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• The completed set will use the saved test-iron specifications unless the customer approves changes before the remaining clubs are built.
• Ferro MC test irons with in-stock components ship within 3 business days. Ferro CB test irons have an estimated delivery time of 1 week. Timing is shown before payment and confirmed after the order is received.

Custom orders

Approval, changes and cancellation

Secure checkout displays the selected model, playing hand, shaft, weight, flex, grip, size, wraps, loft, lie, length, swing-weight target, shipping destination and price. Submitting payment confirms the customer’s approval of those selections. Ferro then reviews component availability and build compatibility before assembly.

• Before Ferro sends written specification confirmation or orders components: you may change or cancel the order for a full refund.
• After Ferro sends written confirmation and components are ordered or assembly begins: the custom order is final sale and generally cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
• Ferro may approve a late change when the build stage allows it. Any additional component, labor or shipping cost and resulting delay must be approved before work continues.
• A set that arrives defective, damaged or materially different from the approved specification remains eligible for correction under these policies.

Custom clubs cannot be returned because of a change in preference, an incorrect customer-provided fitting specification or dissatisfaction with a properly built component selection.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

Shipping & delivery

United States and Canada

Ferro MC sets are available now. Ferro CB sets have an estimated delivery time of 1 week after payment, written specification approval and confirmation that all selected components are available. CB timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Unless a final order expressly states otherwise, all product prices are in United States dollars.

• Insured flat-rate shipping is $69 to the United States and $139 to Canada, shown in U.S. dollars before payment.
• Completed sets are shipped with tracking and insurance; signature confirmation may be required.
• If Ferro cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide a revised date and let you accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
• Canadian customers are responsible for applicable import duties, GST/HST, provincial taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees unless the final order expressly states otherwise.
• Canadian delivery estimates exclude customs processing or border delays outside Ferro’s control.

Inspect the package promptly. Report visible shipping damage or missing items to info@ferrogolfclubs.com within 72 hours of delivery and keep the original carton, packing materials and shipping label while the claim is reviewed.

Component availability

No substitutions without approval

Shaft and grip availability can change without notice. Product photographs may show a finish or color that is temporarily unavailable. Ferro will never substitute a shaft model, weight, flex, grip model, size or color without your written approval.

If a selected component becomes unavailable before assembly, you may:

• Wait for the selected component, with a revised estimated delivery date.
• Approve an available alternative and any resulting price adjustment.
• Cancel the affected unbuilt order for a full refund.

Final swing weight is a build target and depends on the complete combination of head, shaft, grip, length and tape. Ferro will disclose any material conflict before requesting final approval.
