Information we collect

When you join our launch list, request information, ask about a fitting or submit a proposed build, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, telephone number and preferred contact method.
• Your product interests, message and selected build specifications, including model, shaft, flex, weight, grip and club adjustments.
• Whether you asked to receive launch or product updates.
• Basic technical information processed automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages and security logs.

The build planner uses essential browser session storage to carry your selected build into the inquiry form. Ferro does not currently use that information for behavioral advertising.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, review proposed builds, provide customer service, prevent abuse, maintain site security and prepare for ordering. If you affirmatively join the launch list, we also use your email address to send Ferro launch and occasional product updates.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we share information

We may provide information to service providers that support site hosting, secure data storage, communications, fraud prevention and—once ordering opens—payment and delivery. These providers may use information only to perform services for Ferro or as required by law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect customers, investigate fraud or security concerns, or complete a business transaction involving Ferro. Customer information may be processed and stored in the United States, including information submitted by Canadian visitors.

Your choices and privacy requests

Launch and product messages are optional. You may unsubscribe through any marketing message or contact us directly. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information.

Send privacy requests to info@ferrogolfclubs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and proposed-build records only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records, security and legal obligations. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must retain by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and policy updates

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
