The first production Ferro iron heads have reached Hawaii. That arrival marks the end of manufacturing—and the beginning of the careful work that turns individual components into complete, player-ready sets.
From the factory to the fitting bay
The MC and CB heads have now arrived at our build operation. Each 4–PW set begins here as seven individual heads—not as a finished, warehouse-standard product.
Opening the shipment is not the finish line. It starts the inspection, measurement and assembly work that defines the completed club.
Incoming inspection
Before a shaft is installed, our club-building team examines each head for finish quality, correct model and club number, groove condition and hosel preparation.
Head weights, incoming lofts and lies are recorded so the team can confirm progression through the set and compare factory measurements with the finished specifications.
Built one club at a time
Once incoming checks are complete, shafts are prepared, components are dry-fit and the projected playing length, total weight and swing weight are reviewed. Adjustments are made before final assembly—not after a set has already been glued together.
After curing, ferrules are finished, grips are installed and every club is measured again. Finished length, loft, lie, total weight, swing weight and frequency are documented on the build sheet.
Next: player testing
The first staff sets will move from the build bench to player testing. TrackMan data and real strike feedback will be used to evaluate launch, spin, carry, peak height, descent angle, dispersion and consistency.
We will share the process honestly as the clubs move from individual heads to complete sets. The purpose is not to declare every number perfect; it is to measure, compare and refine.
