Every Ferro build starts with the golfer and ends with a set checked against their ordered specifications. From choosing a head and shaft to verifying the finished clubs in our Hawaii workshop, here is the work behind your irons.

Ferro irons are designed in the USA, forged from S20C steel in Asia, and custom built and tested in Hawaii. The distinction matters: where a head is forged and where your finished set is assembled are different parts of the process.
Our MC and CB models give you two starting points. From there, the build can include shaft and weight choices, available flexes, stepping, grips, grip size, wraps, logo orientation, length, loft, lie and a swing-weight target. Availability depends on the selected components.
What we check before your irons leave
Every assembled Ferro iron is checked for loft, lie, length and swing weight against the ordered specifications before shipping. We use Mitchell equipment to measure and verify loft and lie as part of that process.
These are build checks on the finished clubs. They are separate from our player and launch-monitor testing, which helps us evaluate how head-and-shaft combinations perform. A swing-weight request remains a target that we confirm for component compatibility.
Your specifications should describe the clubs you receive—not just the selections on your order.
Testing with golfers, indoors and outside
Our team includes PGA professionals and experienced fitters and builders. At Clubhouse Hawaii, our TrackMan test facility lets us examine ball flight and explore head-and-shaft combinations with golfers. Outdoor sessions add the experience of hitting toward real targets and evaluating the clubs in another setting.
Jake Thomas is using Ferro MC irons. Players from the University of Hawaii men’s and women’s golf teams are also testing Ferro clubs. Their testing provides feedback; it is not a claim of an official university endorsement.
A player’s results are specific to that player and setup. Our goal is to connect measured information and player feedback with a build that makes sense for your swing.
Know your complete build price
Ferro complete 4–PW sets start at $799 with the stock shaft and grip. Heads-only sets are $549. Premium components can add to the price. Insured US shipping is $69 for complete sets and heads-only orders, making those starting totals $868 and $618 respectively, before any applicable tax.

Start with one iron
Our custom test 7-iron starts at $99 with free shipping. Choose MC or CB and build it to your specifications, then test it with your own swing before deciding on a complete set.
Order the matching remaining six irons within 30 days of delivery and receive a credit for the $99 purchase price toward the same model: MC toward MC or CB toward CB. One credit applies per customer and completed set. Premium upgrades and applicable tax are additional and are not credited. The test iron is a final-sale purchase and yours to keep.
